1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 67 bd platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use 67 bd services.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but a verification process will apply if they are operated from the same device or network.

If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided at registration, 67 bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account. An account is strictly personal and must not be made available to third parties.

3 Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 KYC Verification Process

67 bd may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before large withdrawals. Documents that may be required for verification include:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• Address verification documents where applicable.

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit at 67 bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

67 bd offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; in this case the wagering requirement would be ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds and the original deposit amount are tracked separately.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being closed.
• 67 bd's decision on the award of bonuses is final.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting facilities provided at 67 bd operate under specific rules. Each game has its own pay table and rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

• Betting limits are set and may change at the platform's discretion.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be returned.
• If an internet connection is lost, the state of the current game will be saved on the server.
• 67 bd's decision is final regarding the setting of odds in sports betting.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

67 bd reserves the right to void any transaction where abnormal winnings have been obtained by exploiting a bug or loophole in the game software.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Selling, transferring, or renting an account.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or ineligible person.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

67 bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• If KYC verification documents are not provided.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected.
• At the member's own request (as a self-exclusion or responsible gambling measure).

Before closing an account, 67 bd will attempt to notify the member by email or live chat. However, in urgent situations an account may be closed without prior notice.

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of the rules, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member's registered payment method. If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

67 bd accepts no liability for the following:

• A game or bet being cancelled due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays in transactions caused by disruptions to third-party payment gateways or mobile banking services.
• Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.

67 bd always strives to maintain service quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service 24 hours a day. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or emergency reasons.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
